Hi, I'm Monica - the human behind The Moon Method.
Fitness and wellness have been a constant in my life for as long as I can remember. With a background in dance, group fitness, and personal training, I've always been drawn to movement - not just for how it shapes the body, but for how it supports mental health, confidence, and resilience. Over time, I've come to see movement as a powerful way to build self-trust and navigate life's harder seasons.
The Moon Method was created to offer a more grounded, intentional approach to training - one that honors the natural ebbs and flows of life. My goal is to help people feel stronger, more supported, and more connected to themselves through movement, on hard days and good ones alike.
Outside of training, you'll usually find me tending to my plants, traveling, or spending time outdoors - things that help keep me grounded and influence how I approach my work.
